Who receives your request

This site is operated by Petrallegiance. Contact sales@petrallegiance.com about your information.

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email, destination country, selected product type, quantity, purchase use and requirements. Budget is optional. Do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How the request is used

Your request is sent to Petrallegiance’s existing website enquiry service, saved privately in its WordPress administration system and included in an email notification to its sales mailbox. It is used to review your requirements and reply about possible sourcing options. Sending this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Technical information

The form uses a necessary session cookie for security and duplicate-submission handling. If a link includes campaign labels such as source or campaign, those labels may be attached to the enquiry. The referring website’s hostname may also be recorded; it is not a full browsing history. Hosting providers may process standard server logs for operation and security. This site does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

Access and removal

Enquiry access is restricted to site administrators. Contact the sales email with your reference to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records that must be retained. Do not assume a request has been received until a reference number appears. If receipt cannot be confirmed, contact us by email; the same submitted request is not automatically sent again.
